SOS Windows & Cleans recently completed construction cleans on
our last two senior living projects, which were approximately 26,000
sq. ft. each. I have been very pleased with detailed work they complete
as well as their communication prior to, and during their phase of the
project. SOS will continue to be on our team for future projects.

I have to let you know how important SOS Windows & Cleans is to
my projects. A few years back I met Susan on a site where we opened up
the cleaning to bids from companies who specialized in that sort of
service. Susan stayed in touch with me and has bid several projects for
me over the last 5 years since I met her on a project in Burnsville.
She was the successful bidder at LeSueur School in 2006/2007 and
Cleveland School in Fergus Falls, MN in 2008. The LeSueur project was a
175,000 sq ft school that was comprised of several remodeled areas
along with substantial new spaces. She would come in with her crew and
work at a pace that astounded both my staff and the school custodial
staff. On more than one occasion during that August delivery, school
board members and the school administration commented that we likely
would not have made it without her tireless effort. At the Cleveland
School, district staff understimated the level of effort necessary to
achieve a complete cleaning; we brought Susan in to help district
staff. In that case she did a super job; demonstrated her willingness
to work with others and helped us recover from a difficult situation.
In both of the situations Susan demonstrated a hightly disciplined,
hard working and positive professional presence for both her staff and
herself.
I would not hesitate to retain SOS Windows & Cleans for any project you may have. I have come to rely on her in that closing time for delivery of a project and know that she will be an asset for the team. She will be a member of my delivery team for every project I have in the future.
